Quality and Substitution
Cyril Cooke Florists reserve the right to make appropriate substitution with the best flowers available, whilst maintaining the full value of your order. Seasonal conditions and availability can affect the supply and cost of flowers, foliage and containers. Whilst substitution may be necessary the utmost care shall be taken to maintain the overall design of the arrangement.
All orders for liquor are facilitated and processed by Cyril Cooke Florists Pty Ltd, Liquor License No. 36066999.

We will deliver flowers and gifts to anywhere in Australia. Generally All ‘Same Day Delivery’ orders must be received by 11.00am and will be delivered to business addresses by 5.30pm and residential by 6.30 pm, within specified delivery parameters, from Monday to Saturday. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, if a specified date or time cannot be met a Customer Services Representative will advise on delivery availability. Only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time. Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.
Some country and coastal areas are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 48 hours and a telephone number is required. Delivery to these areas may be possible, but limited on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, a Customer Services Representative will advise on delivery availability.If your delivery is urgent please call Cyril Cooke Florists on 1800 801 563.
Any ‘Specific Time’ deliveries will be evaluated on an individual basis, with a Customer Services Representative contacting you with delivery options. Customer authorisation is required to further action such deliveries.
Orders for delivery on Sunday MUST be received by 11.30am the previous day (i.e. the Saturday). Any Orders after 11.30am, on the Saturday, will not be addressed until the following Monday. Cyril Cooke Florists can make no commitments for any Sunday deliveries, due to limited delivery network resources on a Sunday, each order received will be judged on delivery area and time, then a Customer Services Representative will advise whether delivery can be done and also advise on any additional surcharges that may apply.
Please be advised that delivery restrictions within our Cyril Cooke Florists Delivery Network may vary between States on public holidays. Orders for any Public Holiday must be received by 3.00pm the previous working day (Working Days Monday Friday). A minimum surcharge of $19.00 may apply and specific timed deliveries may also be unavailable on these days. If you place an order for an area to which we are not servicing on a public holiday, a Customer Services Representative will contact you to notify you of any restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements
Cyril Cooke Florists takes the security of your details seriously, which is why we use SSL and PGP technology to ensure that data traffic between your web browser and our web server is encrypted. We use SSL certificates provided by Digicert Inc to secure our web server meaning that you can shop in comfort knowing that your details are protected from prying eyes. When you have finished placing your orders you should also remember to log off the Cyril Cooke Florist site so that no one else can use your PC to place an order.
